Delivered in 5 weekly instalments, the Ageing Well masterclasses are designed to provide practical advice and support to help you navigate some of the issues around ageing, along with information about the services available to you.Bringing together a team of clinical experts and professionals in the field of ageing, our collaborators have created Ageing Well.
The Ageing Well team cover everything you need to know from staying connected to community, diet and exercise, navigating the many choices around ageing support, financial and legal planning, and why mental health matters as we age.

Financial experts help you map out your financial needs in retirement, we’ll also look at what to prepare for financially and legally from the NSW Trustee & Guardian.
