St Vincent de Paul Society

Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria (CCC) supports interments of the disadvantaged community, especially those who are without a stable place to call home and who do not have family that can provide for a respectful burial.

CCC is proud to align with St Vincent de Paul Society to provide a cremated remains interment for those who have passed in their care within the annual ‘National Homeless Week’ period. The 'Bringing them Home’ service is an intimate interment service conducted within the picturesque Charles O'Neil walkway dedicated to the memory of Charles O'Neill.

Charles Gordon O'Neill was born in Glasgow in 1828. He was instrumental in helping found the first conference of the St Vincent de Paul Society. By 1891, the year of O’Neill’s resignation from Society leadership, the Society had 20 active conferences with over 300 members undertaking almost 11,000 visits to people in need annually.

Today, the St Vincent de Paul Society assists people experiencing poverty and inequality and works to shape a more just and compassionate society. Our enduring partnership with the SVDP society by way of providing the 'Bringing them Home' service continues in this spirit by providing sacred resting places so that all people can be laid to rest and remembered by the community, in perpetuity, as they deserve.

Road Trauma Support Group NSW

The Road Trauma Support Group NSW is the voice of families of road trauma when a loved one is killed by an illegal act of a road user. The provide support and education to victims of road trauma and continue to campaign for reform.

CCC, via Grief Care, offers care, empathy & compassion to the individuals, families and communities living with the impact of loss, grief, trauma & bereavement through road trauma.

Catholic Care Sydney

Living Well Dying Well

Living Well Dying Well is a collaboration with Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria and Grief Care; and other Catholic agencies - St Vincent’s Health, CatholicCare Sydney, CatholicCare Broken Bay and the University of Notre Dame, Australia.

Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria is proud to collaborate with CatholicCare on the Living Well Dying Well program. This initiative is designed to encourage and nurture important conversations around death, dying and end of life care.

Calvary Health Care

The I Am Living campaign is delivered to the Australian community by Catholic Cemeteries + Crematoria, Calvary Health Care, and Mercy Health. It provides support and resources to those who are experiencing end of life; carers; and their families. Areas of focus include palliative car, grief care, pain and pain management, and the dying process.

Heartfelt Community

Heartfelt began to continue the spiritual bonds of founder Bridget Sakr and her beautiful daughter, Veronique.

Veronique and her 3 cousins were killed by a speeding driver, who was under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

In partnership with Grief Care and led by people with a lived experience of grief, Heartfelt is here to fill the gap in grief support.
