You are invited to the Living Well Dying Well Community Forum 2022 on 25th May at The Seminary of the Good Shepherd, Homebush.
Held during National Palliative Care Week, the event will provide a thought-provoking and informative evening exploring how our community can support those with serious and life-limiting illness and their families.
You’ll hear from speakers and a panel of experts who’ll discuss aspects of Living Well Dying Well.
